Become a referee
Passion, commitment, responsibilities, the desire to commit through and for football: the referee is, like the players, passionate about the game. In order to officiate , you must be a member of a club or independent, follow an initial 24-hour training course and validate it with a first written theoretical exam. In case of admission, the referees are evaluated on the field during the first matches for which they officiate. At the same time, refresher courses aim to consolidate the knowledge acquired or to prepare for a hierarchical evolution. The referees also have the advice of a godfather or godmother, who accompanies them on the first meetings and monitors their progress.
